How It Works
Every case is unique, and we treat each application individually by developing a tailored strategy based on your circumstances, goals, and eligibility.
The visa application process generally involves an initial consultation to understand your situation, followed by a detailed assessment of the most suitable visa pathway. We then identify required documentation, ensure eligibility criteria are met, and prepare a structured application that clearly presents your case to the Department of Home Affairs.
Once lodged, we assist with managing communication, responding to any requests for further information, and guiding you through to a final decision
Initial Assessment
A registered migration agent will review your profile and set up an in-person consultantion. This could be over the telephone, zoom, or face-to-face. We are happy to accommodate your preference.
During the consultation, we will outline the stratety, discuss requirements and answer any questions you might have.
Application Preparation
Every case is unique, and we treat each application individually by developing a tailored strategy based on your circumstances and visa goals.
Evidence is the most important part of any visa application. It is not about what you say, but what you can prove. The onus of proof rests entirely with the applicant, and case officers are not required to seek additional information or documents. If evidence is missing or unclear, an application may be refused.
For this reason, careful preparation is essential. A strong application must include clear, relevant and well-organised supporting documents that fully demonstrate eligibility and satisfy all visa requirements from the outset.
Submit the Application
Once your application is fully prepared and lodged, it is submitted to the relevant Australian authority for assessment. Processing times vary depending on the visa subclass and individual circumstances. During this period, any communication with government authorities, including requests to clarify information, will be managed directly through your MARA-registered migration agent. This ensures all responses are accurate, timely, and appropriately handled on your behalf until a final decision is made.
